ROUTINE
The Bathmate routine is simple to follow and can have amazing long term results on overall sexual performance, confidence and health. Regular use of a hydropump will help to increase the strength of your erections and the majority of users report a substantial increase in length and girth over time.
For best results, use the Hydropump for up to five days per week. Similar to a workout at the gym, recovery time is important for optimum results. It's perfectly okay if you can't pump for five days a week. In fact, our users have reported great improvement in erection quality from periodic pumping. HOW TO USE
Set the black pip in the closed position with your finger, remove the comfort pad (hydromax & hydroxtreme) and fill the pump with water. Replace the comfort pad and top up any water lost.
Whilst the black pip in the closed position, place the hydropump over your flaccid penis tight up to your pelvic seat.
Make a seal against your body, ensuring that the pump is comfortable and that your testicles are well clear.
With the hydropump angled slightly upwards, open the valve by releasing the black pip and start pumping gently around 2-3 times.
Pump slowly and evenly until a comfortable level of pressure has been achieved. Slow and steady wins the race!
To remove the hydropump, release the vacuum by depressing the valve cap inwards to activate the quick-release mechanism and slide the hydropump off your penis.
Massage the penis and repeat if desired.
Questions
Yes - while all of our pumps are designed to use water instead of air to create suction, however that doesn’t mean you need to be in water. The pumps still work in air. You can use a Bathmate penis pump in the shower, bath or just in the bathroom if you’re in a rush.
Our pumps are recommended to be used in water. As long as you have water, the hydro-vacuum technology will work.
